We’re all about making this easy to follow for moves in our local zones (like Vancouver or Burnaby) or extended zones (like Maple Ridge or White Rock). No hidden stuff—just the facts you need before we roll!

Sample Costs to Start

• 1-Bedroom in Vancouver: $1,050 labor (6 hrs) + ~$50 fuel + ~$25 supplies = ~$1,125 before GST.
• 2-Bedroom to Maple Ridge: $1,350 labor (6 hrs) + ~$50 fuel + ~$65 supplies + ~$225 extended = ~$1,690 before GST (7 hrs = ~$1,915).
• Piano Solo (No Stairs): $525 labor (3 hrs, 2 movers) + ~$50 fuel = ~$575+ before GST.

Your Bill Breakdown

Crew Time
We set minimum hours to keep our team covered:

• Small Move (e.g., bachelor suite): 2 movers + truck, $175/hour, 4-hour minimum = $700 labor.
• 1-Bedroom: 2 movers + truck, $175/hour, 6-hour minimum = $1,050 labor.
• 2-Bedroom: 3 movers + truck, $225/hour, 6-hour minimum = $1,350 labor.
• 3-Bedroom: 3 movers + truck, $225/hour, 8-hour minimum = $1,800 labor.
• Single Item or Set (e.g., piano + bench): 2 movers at $175/hour or 3 movers at $225/hour, 3-hour minimum = $525 or $675 labor.
  Note: You’ll pay the minimum even if we’re done quick—it’s how we keep the crew on deck!

Fuel Costs

• Local Zones: ~$50 flat for Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, or Port Moody (1 hour travel included).
• Extended Zones:
  • 15 minutes extra (e.g., North Vancouver, Richmond): $112.50 ($87.50 travel + ~$25 fuel).
  • 30 minutes extra (e.g., Maple Ridge, White Rock): $225 ($175 travel + ~$50 fuel).
    These kick in for moves beyond local zones.

Supplies We Bring
We’ve got a full lineup available to keep your stuff safe:

• Blankets, padding, and more we’ve got on hand for your move.
  Note: We’ll charge only for what we use—here’s the approximate breakdown:
• Small Moves & 1-Bedroom: ~$25.
• 2-Bedroom: ~$65.
• 3-Bedroom: ~$80.
• Single Items: Usually in fuel, unless extras are needed (we’ll let you know).

Extra Time

• Past the minimum, we add 15-minute blocks:
  • 2 movers: $43.75 per 15 minutes.
  • 3 movers: $56.25 per 15 minutes.
    We aim to be fast, but traffic or big jobs might stretch it.

Piano Add-Ons

• Full move: Stand-up piano adds $200, baby-grand adds $350.
• Solo: See “Single Item” rates above.

Payment Details

• Final Payment: Due at workday’s end, before the crew leaves—no exceptions. Cash, e-transfer, or credit card (no cheques!).
• Cancel or Shift?
  • Cancel 72+ hours out: Get 2/3 deposit back (e.g., $333.33 per truck/team, $666.66 for 2).
  • Cancel within 72 hours: Deposit’s non-refundable—crew’s booked!
  • Reschedule: 1/3 deposit fee each time (e.g., $166.67 per truck/team)—covers schedule swaps.

Legal Basics

• Payment Promise: Booking means full payment’s due when we’re done—no delays, it’s only fair!
• Estimate Adjustments: Distance or traffic might tweak your total a bit (max 15 minutes extra). We’ll confirm pre-move.
• GST: 5% added to all prices—it’s the tax rule we stick to.
